Lovely crown 👑 charm. Was surprised how small it actually was, think because gift box was big for it
But still a lovely 40th Birthday gift for a special friend.

I ordered my items on Tuesday

I ordered my items on Tuesday, free postage as over £75 and they were delivered on Thursday, excellent service from Pandora, very easy to use website and great customer service if needed.

Came on time

Came on time. Great delivery service. Thought I had ordered the gift wrap option but obviously hadn’t confirmed it. (Not a major problem). The problem was, I ordered two Sister charms which were gifts and they were delivered in one box. Luckily I had a couple of my own I could use.

Don't expect help

Haven't received the item, Yodel insist they have delivered, yet the picture they sent isn't my front door, they expect me to knock on my neighbours doors to find out where they delivered it, which I did, but of course one neighbour is away. Pandora for the love of God, don't use Yodel, they'll destroy your reputation.

Hi, I bought from this company about a month ago and still haven't received anything, it was shipped using ChinaPost instead of DHL as it is advertised. By reading the comments and reviews I'm not keeping my expectations high... What did you do to get the chargeback on the credit card?. Also, I noticed the site used to make the payments is not secure... It was too good to be true
